Everyone can access the Terminal with basic daily capabilities by connecting a wallet and without the need to hold a $Rocket token. However, to access advanced features to unlock more prompts, alpha detection, and multi-language support tailored to your needs, users are required to hold a certain amount of $Rocket token in the wallet. The AI Rocket team reserves the right to verify token holdings to ensure compliance with this requirement.

1.2 NO GUARANTEE OF RESPONSE ON X/ TELEGRAM

While you may interact with airocket_agent on X.com (Twitter) or Telegram by mentioning or engaging with it, there is no guarantee of receiving a reply. The Terminal, however, provides guaranteed responses to token holders meeting the minimum holding requirement stated above.

If both parties are unable to settle any dispute by negotiation within 21 days, the parties may attempt to settle it by Arbitration.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any referenced policies such as our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Terminal and the airocket_agent and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

11. Reporting Issues and Abuse
